How can I order a style that is not featured on the website?
Unfortunately we can only accept orders for styles featured on our website. BedStu offers a wide variety of our most popular styles on the website, but if you favorite style is not available, please contact our customer service to find a retail store in your area.
Can I place an order if I live outside of the United States?
At the present time, BedStu does not accept orders from outside the United States.
Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes, BedStu accepts payment by check or money order. If you wish to pay by check or money order, you must first place an order using our online order page and print out an invoice to send with you payment. Please make sure the desired style name, color and size are specified in the printout. This method does increase the time it takes to process your order.
Is ordering online secure?
Yes. BedStu is proud to offer our customers a safe and secure shopping experience. We use the highest level of security on our website. All credit card information is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties.
Why would my card be declined if there are sufficient funds in my account?
In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your BedStu store account differs from the billing address on your bank's records, you could be declined.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
By law, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped within the state of California. There is no sales tax on orders shipped to any other states.
