What is the Return Policy for online purchases?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.bedstu.com and would like to refund or exchange something for a different size or style, please request a return authorization number from customer service and return the unworn item for a full refund or exchange. You have 30 days from the day your item shipped to you from our warehouse to initiate a return. All items must be received in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging. We are sorry, shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
How do I return something?
To return an item, please contact us to issue a return authorization and include the reason for the return. Once you have the RA (Return Authorization) number, please write it on the outside of the box before shipping to avoid any refusal of the shipment. We recommend that you send your return package using UPS to insure prompt delivery.
