How do I contact customer service?

How can I order a style that is not featured on the web site?

Unfortunately at this time, we can only accept orders for styles featured on our website. Bed:Stu offers a wide variety of our most popular styles on the website, but if your favorite style is not available, please contact customer service to find a retail store in your area.

Is ordering online secure?

Yes. We use the highest level of security on our website. All credit card information is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to third parties.

How long does it take to get my order?

We work hard to get your product to you as fast as we can! Bed:Stu offers FREE Shipping for orders over $50 (UPS ground service) within the continental US. All in stock items are shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and pending credit approval. Please allow time for UPS ground delivery. Need it faster? At your request, we will ship any order via UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air...

Can I pay by check or money order?

Yes, Bed:Stu accepts payment by check or money order. If you wish to pay by check, or money order, you must first place an order using our online order page and print out an invoice to send with your payment. Please make sure the desired style name, color and size are specified in the printout. This method does increase the time it takes to process your order.

Can I place an order if I live outside the United States?

At the present time, Bed:Stu does not accept orders from outside the United States.

Why would my card be declined if there are sufficient funds in my account?

In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your Bed:Stu store account differs from the billing address on your bank's records, you could be declined.

How do I return the shoes?

If you purchased your pair of Bed:Stu shoes on www.bedstu.com, and would like to refund or exchange them for a different size or style, please request a return authorization numberby emailingcustomer service. Please include your order number in the email. Unworn shoes can be returned30 days from the day your item shipped to you from our warehouse for a full refund or exchange. All items must be received in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging. Please have your RA number written on the outside of the box to avoid any refusal of the shipment. We recommend that you send your return package using UPS to insure prompt delivery. We are sorry, shipping and handling is non refundable.
