What are the available shipping methods?
BedStu offers FREE shipping (UPS Ground Service) within the United States on all orders over $50.
At your request, we will ship any order via UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air at extra cost.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We work hard to get your product to you as fast as we can! All in stock items are shipped within 24 hours of placing your order, pending credit approval. Please allow time for UPS Ground Delivery. Need it faster? Expedited shipping services are available.
How do I return the shoes?
If you purchased your pair of Bed:Stu shoes on www.bedstu.com, and would like to refund or exchange them for a different size or style, please request a return authorization number from customer service, and return the unworn shoes for a full refund or exchange. You have 30 days from the day your item shipped to you from our warehouse to initiate a return. All items must be received in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging. Please have your RA number written on the outside of the box to avoid any refusal of the shipment. We recommend that you send your return package using UPS to insure prompt delivery. We are sorry, shipping and handling is non refundable.
