When I received my bag, both sides of the leather were peeling off and flaking off. The leather was not in good shape. The straps looked extremely dry as well. This was going to be a gift for Christmas, but it will definitely be arriving much later. I would think for nearly $400, I would not have these issues. Had to repack the box, fill out a form and resend to repair. I wasn’t even offered a discount until I mentioned my inconvenience and I was offered 15% off my NEXT purchase. Highly disappointed. I have worked in customer service for years, I should have been offered a discount for my inconvenience on my current order. If I had known that the bag would not come in time for Christmas and would cause me to have to repack, fill out forms and resend, I definitely would’ve chosen another gift. Sadly, I most likely will not be ordering again. Customer service was quick to respond, just disappointed with the level of service and the lack of quality control in regard to product.
