I loved this bag right out of the box! Customizing my perfect color combination was so easy to do, but so hard to decide. The wide straps are comfortable and seem durable. Great compartments for interior organization. I think it's a very well designed product and am excited to have it on my shoulder.

I received a damaged bag and the customer service representatives will not help me, they are giving me the runaround. I have sent pictures twice and they claim they can’t see anything. Beware of purchasing from this company, they were happy to take my money, but won’t help me with my issue.
