Love this beautiful Crossbody Bag

My Husband got me this bag during the summer... I love it, the leather is so soft. I did want to mention, my buckle fell off as well in a store and was lost. I did reach out to BedStu and they got right back to me, great customer service. I was able to purchase a new buckle for $5 with no shipping! Just a suggestion for those who have lost a buckle as well! Their customer service is AMAZING!

Disappointed ☹️

The buckle came off at some point while suing the bag. I paid 255.00 for this and it broke with only about two weeks use. It’s a beautiful bag but now useless without the buckle to close the magnet that is lost after falling off. Obviously this is an issue so the company should make this right. Wasted hard earned money on a product meant to last. I see from previous reviews this has happened to others. Please address the issue it’s an expensive bag.
