Keep your favorite items going for years to come by restoring them to their original condition by giving them to the same skilled craftsman who originally made them.

Our mission is to ensure our products can last a lifetime. And as part of that mission, we have spent years refining and testing ourselves to hit a higher and higher standard in repair and restoration techniques. There are many places that claim they can restore your products to their original condition, but all too often they outsource that work to another group who may or may not have the right parts and materials… not to mention the knowledge and skills.

We are the real deal. Our dedicated employees help ensure our product stay out of landfills and in your life for years to come.

I can't imagine a better result!

My refurbished boots arrived today, and they look AMAZING!!!! The repairs are gorgeous, but they still have the same fit and feel. I can't imagine a better result.

Backpack Repair

I could not have asked for a better experience. I left my wifes backpack on top of our car and she left home and her backpack flew up and ripped the leather in numerous places and also had numerous areas of road rash to the bag. I filed a claim with the repair program and have since received the bag back. The customer service was out of this world amazing! And the Bag? The repair was like getting a brand-new backpack. Phenomenal Work from the whole Bed Stu team!!! Great Company and Product!!

We can return/ship the items back to you or recycle or donate them to keep them out of a landfill. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for retouching or refinishing to their original colors or finishes, such as our Tie Dyes or Lux Finishes. Please do not send your items in without choosing a package/service from the website and using the label provided to you to ship.
