GREAT BOOTS

This is my 2nd pair of boots from here. I am 6' tall and struggle to find tall boots- BedStu is my savior! I have a brown pair and now a black pair. Super high quality.

I got these for my wife for Christmas. Firstly, have to say, we LOVE the smell of them. Wow. That is the SEXIEST leather smell ever. The design and finish is just plain badass.

I hate to mention one slight issue, though. Her left boot fits slightly tighter than the right. She loves wearing them, otherwise. She said that she’d wear them more often, but that one boot begins to rubs on her pinky toe. Is it advisable to have them stretched? Thank you!

We're so glad to hear that you and your wife are both enjoying the high quality and sexy leather smell of the boots. As for the slight tightness in the left boot, we understand that it can be uncomfortable for your wife, however, most customers find the shoe will stretch over time with wear. As a personal example, I finally stretched some of our boots to be comfortable enough to wear for long periods after wearing them 2-3 days a week for the past 4 weeks. If wearing them is not providing enough stretch for a comfortable fit, or if you would like to speed up the breaking-in process, we would reccomend taking them to a cobbler to have them professionally stretched. Narrow and not very wide calf

I love the look of these boots! I want to love them and keep them. Unfortunately, they are very hard to get on and are too narrow in the ankle area. I had my younger daughter try them on, she confirmed they were narrow in the ankle area. For us wide calf ladies, usually the ankle area is also larger. They are awkward to get on with only having a short zipper at the ankle area. The zipper needs to go all the way to the top to get a taller boot on easily, especially wide calf. I need to return them. Customer Service is horrible. I contacted them 10 days ago. I completed the return form like they requested. I have emailed them 3 times since and I still can not get a reply or response regarding a shipping label or a RMA to return them. It is very frustrating.
