These sandals are beautiful, well-made, and very comfortable—perfect for everyday wear. The quality is evident even in the sound they make while walking. I love that they’re handmade and appreciate the craftsmanship behind them. The grip is good for forward and backward movement, but they can be slippery when sliding side to side, so keep that in mind.
My biggest disappointment is the color. I wanted black distressed, but mine are about 60% light tan due to extreme distressing, which doesn’t match the photos even remotely close(and I did expect them to not look exactly like pictures since they are handmade). As a metalsmith, I understand handmade items vary, but more pictures showing the range of colors would help set expectations that some black lux shoes will be mostly tan. I’ll have to find another pair for black, but aside from that, these are high-quality, comfortable, and beautiful sandals. These are very unique and one of a kind.
I usually wear 7.5 and bought 8. They fit perfectly.

We apologize for any disappointment regarding the color of your sandals. I see your sandals are our Black Lux finish. Our Lux Finish is inspired by the unique appearance of the light dusting of flour on the freshly baked loaves of artisan bread, we took this inspiration back to our factory and developed our unique Lux finish. This finish is applied in a way that allows it to distress based on the wearer. Just as flour on bread can be dusted off, this crackled finish will continue to patina over time. Applied by hand, layer-by-layer, no lux finished product will distress the same way, creating a true one-of-a-kind look for each person.

I love the wedge appeal without the uncomfortableness of a heal! I can wear these all day without my feet screaming at the end.

Our 100% sustainable leather comes from a farm in Asia. Our leather is a byproduct of the meat industry to ensure that there in no waste, our animals are free ranged and are feed and cared for with a 100% natural materials and products. We have only the highest of standards when it comes to our products and where our material comes from and how the animals were cared for and treated. We have a zero animal abuse standard and will not associate our brand with anything less than the highest of care and kindness. Our farms have set a standard in the region that they are in and have quickly become a blueprint for other farms in the area. We are extremely proud of our work with the leather we procure and produce, along with the care of the original source of our product. Super cute and comfy! I purchased two pair in different colors. Love them! I usually wear an 8 but these run small. I purchased a size 8.5. Perfect fit!
