FOREIGN BOOT

I was very excited when I purchased this boot and looked forward to receiving it. Unfortunately, I received a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT pair of boots which were bizarrely packaged in a "FATE" box. It would've been highly favorable to be offered another equally attractive boot in exchange for the incorrectly distributed pair. Or a discount code on a future purchase for the inconvenience.

The boot wobbles

I bought this fate boots for Christmas because I thought they looked beautiful. However, when I got my pair of boots in size 6, I noticed that these boots do not sit flat on the ground. The left boot leans so much to the right that it wobbles when flat on the floor which in the long run will cause damage to my knees as they would try to overcompensate for balance. I believe that the boot is good quality, but I am disappointed by the quality control of the manufacturer. I have been told that they do not have any more shoes in size 6. I just hope that I will get a full refund for my purchase.

Really well made, beautiful boots! They fit me true to size. I always size up a 1/2 size with boots. My feet are average width. These boots are comfortable and stylish! I’m so pleased with this purchase.
